Pricing
All prices are in NZ dollars. Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable freight charges.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping for a full refund, either as store credit or back to your card or bank. Please email or call us as soon as possible, as we operate a same day packing service.
Returns and Refunds
In all cases it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the product are correct prior to opening and/or using.
Boss Nutrition stand by the The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand. Returns or exchanges of unopened goods will be assessed on a case by case basis and may include a refund, exchange or store credit. Do not return goods without contacting us first to be issued with a returns receipt to speed up the process. Then return to us by either courier or registered post to the address below. Customer must have a receipt to proceed with the return. The return must be unopened.
All products are sold on the basis that the customer has sought advice from their doctor and researched the suitability of the product before purchasing. Boss Nutrition accepts no liability on the use or misuse of any products sold.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customers must contact Boss Nutrition by phone or email before returning any items
- We cannot issue credits or refunds due to the flavour, consistency, mix-ability of products or change of mind
- Clearance items and free gifts, including short expiry date products are not able to be returned
- The Consumers guarantee act applies in all cases
EXPIRED GOODS POLICY
Expiry dates for products vary from a few months on gels and bars to a few years on pills and powders. Boss Nutrition will endeavour to never ship items that are expired or within two months of their expiry date. Should you be unhappy with this policy as it relates to items received in your order, please contact us and we will try and rectify the situation. Reduce to clear and short dated products sold as such are non-refundable and will have dates listed in the item description.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty it must be returned within 7 days. Where possible the NZ distributor will be consulted, and may require the item to be returned to them for checking.
- If the product is found to be faulty the customer will be reimbursed for their shipping costs (cost of sending to Boss Nutrition)
- If the product is found to have no faults. The original product will be returned to the customer
- If a product is returned in a used condition, we reserve the right to credit on the unused portion
Unopened Products
With prior approval, the customer can return product to us for a credit or swap, within 7 days. Provided the item is unopened and able to be resold.
- Any credit balance will be applied to the customers Reward Points balance, minus shipping costs
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%
- All products will be checked once received at our warehouse
Due to the nature of our products and in the interests of health and safety, prior approval must be obtained before any items are returned.
Clearance Items
This category contains clearance items. Only buy from this category if you understand and accept that we cannot take returns on these items. Items in this category could be short dated, Deleted Brands or be Faulty in regards to mix ability or packaging. Purchasing in this category is purely by your own discretion. Contact us if you have any question regarding this category prior to purchasing.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
National Shipping All orders are sent with NZ Couriers which use multiple carries to ensure we get your order to you as FAST as possible. NZ Couriers picks up from our warehouse multiple times a day.
Free Shipping New Zealand Wide *Exceptions: Stuart Island, Great Barrier Island, and other island locations may be subject to additional delivery charges. Please note we do not cover those charges. Please call us for more information on the cost of delivery to these locations. All orders received before 4.00pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. (Delays may occur should the product you order be sold out and we need to source from our suppliers, however if this is to happen we will make contact and advice of any delays)
Courier Delivery Time: 1 – 3 days
Delays may occur if you select signature required/live Rural or use a PO Box address
Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive to you after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.
Non Signature Deliveries
To ensure super fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package.
Boss Nutrition does not take any responsibility for lost/missing packages if you did not select the signature option.
Couriers are instructed to leave the package if there is a safe location to do so. You can also give Authority To Leave (ATL) the package at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letter box. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we will be unable to claim on your behalf.

Signature Deliveries
To ensure safe delivery of your item we recommended you use signature required for deliveries. This ensures you have personally received your order, however if you not home to sign for it, it keeps wondering THUGS off your goods. This means that the courier will leave a ‘Card to Call’ if you are not home to receive your package. For re-delivery please use the details on the ‘Card to Call’.

Courier Damage: Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to opening. If the product is damaged, contact Boss Nutrition immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.

Undeliverable Packages
We rely on you to enter your address details correctly. If a order is returned to Boss Nutrition because the courier has been unable to deliver. Additional shipping charges will apply before an order is re-shipped.
